Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Switch/Maestro and all credit cards except American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send your goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

The total cost of shipping and handling is £2.50 for one item and £0.30 per each additional item.

All our products are thoroughly checked for any flaws or damage before shipping them to you.

All products are usually dispatched within 24 hours by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery, over the weekend orders may be dispatched on the monday. You must be in to sign for the parcel. Occassionaly we offer a promotion with free postage and packaging, in this case the parcel will be sent out 2nd Class recorded delivery.

If you believe the goods supplied to you are faulty you should return the item to us with a note explaining what you believe the problem to be and the original order number. When we recieve them we will investigate into the fault and contact you to agree to the most appropriate resolution.

Deliveries can only be made within the United Kingdom and Europe.

We will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours, this is using Royal Mail First Class Post, delivery to yourself may take 3-5 working days from dispatch for the United Kingdom and 5-10 working days for Europe.

Special delivery packages for the UK will arrive by 1PM the day after dispatch.

Sometimes we can be let down by the manufacturers and may be unable to get the product you have been promised, if this is the case for your product we apologise in advance.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the purchase price.

If you have bought any Aubade lingerie please make sure that you try on any briefs on top of your own lingerie. We will not accept any Aubade lingerie that has not got their original tags on or has been worn in any way.
